Initial Comments:

This report is the result of of an unannounced recertification survey that was conducted on October 26, 2020, through October 27, 2020, at Main Line Hospital Lankenau- Transplant Center by the Pennsylvania Department of Health - Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care at the request of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). It was determined that the facility was in compliance with Part 482 - Conditions of Participation For Hospital - Subpart E - Requirements for Specialty Hospital - 482.68 Special requirements for transplant centers.

The Medicare recertification survey included the following types of organ transplant programs: Adult Kidney Only (AKO).
